Anthills are entrances to giant ant colonies. If you are within a certain distance of one, you may see some giant ants roaming around. These colonies are structures consisting of large chambers connected by a multitude of tunnels.

There are 3 types of chambers in an anthill:

• A food storage chamber, which in addition to the ants brown, sticky susteinance source one could find undigested remains of unlucky passersby or plunders from bee hives.
• A larvae chamber, or egg chamber, where ant eggs spawn at moderate pace to hatch in ant larvae.
• A queen ant room, where her royal majesty resides among her latest spawns. Not all anthills spawn with one, and no loot is to be found here.

Additionally, it is possible for some rooms to be walled off if they happen to not spawn adjacent to a corridor, or for corridors to cross into other subterrain structures.
