This is a somewhat heavy clothing item made of cotton, which covers 100% of your torso, arms, hands, legs and feet, and which has no storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers very warm. Its warmth can also protect you from getting wet.
It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It can always be worn no matter the encumbrance, mutations, bionics, etc.
