This is a very light clothing item made of plastic, which covers 75% of your hands, and which has no storage capacity. It doesn't occupy any significant space, doesn't encumber you at all, and will not warm you at all.
It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus), dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet.
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
