Slow-Release Painkiller is a status effect granted by Tramadol. The duration per pill varies between 6 and 9 in-game hours with half-hour fractions (3600-5400 turns).
The painkiller counter increments every 20 turns of having the effect up to a limit of 40. There is a chance based on painkiller addiction level each individual increase.
Status can be detected by Blood Analysis and removed by Blood Filter bionics.
